Book a Stall at our Events

We are now taking bookings for stallholders at Party on the Park (4/7/26) and Hilton Chirstmas Market ( 28/12/26)

Food and drink vendor (including baked goods) pitch fee: £75

 Craft/ small business stalls: £25

 

Hilton based community groups FREE

Complete the form below to express an interest. You'll be asked to upload insurance documents and food hygiene certificates if relevant, but you will be able to submit these later if you don't have them to hand now. 

 

We'll be in touch to confirm your place and request payment. 

Before Applying

All prospective stallholders are kindly asked to observe the following:

hold valid insurance and relevant certificates for the event day.

be able to attend the event on the 4 July and/or 28 November 2026 

pay their stall fee within 7 days of confirmation

all waste should be removed by stallholders
